For locations outside Sofia travel expenses should be covered - transport and lodging costs as well as 50lv. mission expenses.

Според ЗАПСП на фотографа принадлежи авторското право върху снимките, които е създал (чл.5 и чл.13). Добрата търговска практика обаче, изисква да уведомя своите бъдещи клиенти, че избирайки ме за ваш фотограф, вие давате съгласието си да използвам заснетият материал в своето портфолио, изложби, онлайн, в печатни медии или конкурси. Като притежател на авторските права държа името ми или друг идентифициращ ме авторски знак да бъдат обозначавани по съответния начин при всяко използване на снимките ми. (чл.15, ал.1, т.4 ЗАПСП) Ако използване с комерсиална цел не е договорено, то според ЗАПСП клиентите нямат право да използват снимките с комерсиална цел, нито да ги преотстъпват на други лица, които да ги използват с комерсиална цел (чл.42, ал.2).
